MY INTERESTS
BASKETBALL
I played Basketball at the Varsity level in high school. I continue to enjoy playing basketball in my free time while at college. I see the sport as an opportunity for me to unwind and relax in the midst of a heavy academic schedule.
BIKING
Biking has been one of my go-to pasttimes for several years now. I participated in the MS150, a two-day 180 mile bike ride from Houston to Austin, TX during high school. This experience further fueled my interest in biking, and I love exploring different settings on a bicycle.
READING
I have loved reading since a very young age. As a child, I was known for always carrying around a book wherever I went. This love for reading of mine has increased in the past few years. Although I do not get as much free time to read now as I did before, I still see reading as the perfect opportunity for me to get away from the daily stresses of life.
